mmk12 Terms & Conditions

This agreement is a legally binding contract between the player using the mmk12 platform (website mmk12.wine) and the platform owner. By accessing and continuing to use the website, the player is considered to have read and fully accepted these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must stop using the mmk12 website. The platform provides its services at its own discretion. These rules, written in the Burmese language, are designated as the official version.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the mmk12.wine website and its related services.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any person who holds an account on the platform.
• "Services" refers to all games and play formats provided by the platform, including slots, live casino, football betting, cockfighting, poker, fish shooting games, and 2D/3D lottery games.
• "Bonus" refers to monetary incentives or benefits granted by the platform to players.

Anyone wishing to use the mmk12 platform must meet the following requirements—

• Must be 21+ years of age. Any underage account will be closed and the remaining balance may be forfeited.
• Must be playing of their own free will, not under pressure or coercion.

3.1 Account Registration

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, per household, or per IP address. If a violation of this rule is found, all related accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

• Third parties must not be allowed to play using your account.
• If you notice any unauthorised access, you must immediately notify mmk12 customer service.
• The player is personally responsible for any financial transactions made on the account.

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are available for deposits—

Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks. Players may only deposit using methods registered under their own name. Deposits made under a third party's name will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals must use the same method that was used for the deposit.

Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes, but may be delayed due to banking connectivity or verification procedures.

4.3 Financial Verification

The platform may request a national ID or transaction records to verify any amount. Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed verification will not be processed.

5.1 First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)

The first deposit on an account is eligible for a 120% welcome bonus, with a maximum bonus amount of 100,000 Ks.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 24,000 Ks → Balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering 24,000 Ks × 10 = 240,000 Ks
• Deposit 180,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 280,000 Ks → Wagering 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks

Wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 10 times before you can withdraw any winnings earned from the bonus.

5.2 VIP Levels and Weekly Cashback

mmk12 has 5 VIP levels. Players move up based on their wagering volume—

• Bronze — Weekly Cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly Cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — Weekly Cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — Weekly Cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — Weekly Cashback up to 1.5%

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the platform reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Promotions may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.

6.1 Games

mmk12 offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, dragon tiger, Shan Koe Mee, fish shooting games, crash games, 2D/3D lottery, football betting, cockfighting, and poker. The platform oversees all games and guarantees that results are determined fairly.

6.2 Betting Limits

Maximum and minimum bet amounts are set within each game's rules. The platform may adjust these limits based on a player's account activity.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a software or server error, the platform will void that round and refund the player's original stake. Winnings produced by a software error will not be considered valid.

Players must not do any of the following—

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to conceal real gameplay
• Deliberately attempting to abuse bonuses
• Opening more than one account or depositing under a third party's name
• Attempting to hack or crack the platform's software or servers
• Laundering money obtained from illegal sources through the platform
• Cheating, harassing, or acting in a way that harms other players
• Verbally abusing platform staff or agents

If a violation of these rules is found, the platform reserves the right to close the player's account and forfeit the balance.

• The platform is not responsible for games lost due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• The platform is not responsible for any issues that arise from interactions with third-party websites or services.
• The platform is not responsible for losses caused by a player's own account being compromised.

mmk12 may update these terms at any time, and changes will be posted on this page. The "Last Updated" date is shown at the top of this page.

A player who continues to use the platform after changes are announced is considered to have accepted the updated terms. If a player does not agree with a change after being notified, they understand they must close their account.

11.1 Closure by Player

A player may request to close their account at any time via 24/7 Live Chat. Please make sure all remaining balance is withdrawn before submitting a closure request. Funds obtained from bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will not be paid out.

11.2 Closure by Platform

If the platform finds that a player has violated these terms or detects any fraudulent activity in gameplay, the account may be suspended without prior notice and subject to further investigation.
